Faye Insurance is seeking four highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Advisors to join their current team of three people. the candidate needs to be based in Virginia but can work remotely. Faye is a travel insurance company that provides a quality experience to their clientele. These individuals will play a pivotal role in assisting their clients through the claims process and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their claims. The manager continually emphasized the importance of candidates' exceptional communication, customer service skills, and the desire to help people.
Day to Day:
* Process and manage travel insurance claims
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting new policyholders in understanding the claims process, guiding them through required documentation, and answering any questions professionally.
* Evaluate and investigate claims by gathering relevant information like appropriate documentation
* Maintain thorough and organized records of all claim-related activities
