A global manufacturing company in the greater Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Technical Lead to join their enterprise Digital Marketing organization. As the AEM Technical Lead, this individual will collaborate with marketing business leaders and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the existing marketing platform. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, should have hands on technical experience within Adobe AEM, Marketo or other automation platforms, and Salesforce (preferred eCommerce platform), and should have the proven background in delivering on complex digital marketing projects. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity that requires 3 days onsite in Wilmington, DE.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining an integrated set of IT solutions to meet global strategy and managing the solution delivery process
Identifying gaps in marketing technology processes, data management, and tools, and determine appropriate solutions to delivery against prioritized demand
Drive business growth through strategic marketing technology initiatives, develop and oversee KPI's for digital marketing programs, and provide guidance to ensure positive UX across Marketing & Sales domain
Evaluating and selecting marketing technology solutions based on business needs and goals while ensuring the solutions are aligned with the overall IT technology strategy
Driving site personalization and segmentation strategy to create a relevant, value-added, personal and engaging customer experience
Leading and managing M&S analytics resource to evolve automated reporting dashboards and drive advanced analytics
Leveraging data analytics to educate and guide internal business customers to adopt/utilize solutions and participate in the preparation and presentation of company's digital marketing efforts to leadership and key business stakeholders
Tracking project efforts to meet goals, associated budgets and timelines and maintaining the solution development of the platform portfolio
- 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing technologies and strategy
- 5+ years of hands on technical experience with Adobe AEM
- Experience with Automation technologies (Marketo preferred) and eCommerce platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with Adobe analytics
- Experience with Adobe AEM implementations and integrations with other enterprise tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work with technical teams, executive leadership, and business stakeholders
