Job Description
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Technical Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Customer Experience IT Solution Delivery team! This individual will interface with global internal business and technical teams to support projects related to corporate website redesign, corporate business systems and web tool integration, ecommerce and service portal integration, analytics and tracking code deployment for online campaigns, and site optimizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing/ marketing technology, and proven experience in web development and have in-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of online marketing projects related to online demand generation, lead nurturing, and analytics. Additionally, this individual needs to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. This is an immediate 6 month contract to hire opportunity and is a hybrid onsite/ remote role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in Wilmington, DE.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to turn business requirements into actionable user stories
- Building and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Marketo (site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementation, and unit testing)
- Integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with sales, service, and marketing automation platforms
- Supporting multi-site and multi-channel delivery - personalization / targeting, content aggregation & syndication, automated workflow management, etc.
- Diagnosing and solving technical problems involving multiple environment and application integrations
- Web development across multiple platforms utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP
- Developing and navigating specialized customer needs across browser devices and various platforms and working in web analytics tools
- Designing and integrating complex web enterprise systems while collaborating with a diverse customer base to understand and manage the greater web environment
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong background in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS scripting and web development
- In-depth experience with Marketo and/ or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) marketing automation platforms
- Experience defining and executing creative strategies to meet customer needs
- Demonstrated effective time management, decision-making, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Very strong communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
