One of our large financial services companies is seeking a CRM Maketing Automation Specialist. This person will maintain and utilize the CRM Marketing tool, developing captivating email campaigns and customer journeys to engage prospects and existing customers. Through data analysis and strategic decision-making, you'll drive campaign effectiveness, implement automation, and seamlessly integrate platforms, all while monitoring and reporting on performance to optimize results. Your role will also include overseeing marketing materials and resources, ensuring they are organized and accessible within Salesforce, ultimately contributing to the success of our business lines.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and work within the internal CRM Marketing tool (Marketing Cloud Account Management) to create and execute email campaigns, customer journeys, and identify other means of engagement to prospects and existing customers.
Analyze CRM data and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve campaign effectiveness and drive business results.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop targeted customer messaging and segmentation strategies.
Set up and configure Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Management integrations to ensure data is synced between the two platforms.
Program contact grading and Einstein lead scoring to better identify contacts for targeted marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain dynamic data sets within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Management to support targeted marketing campaigns.
-Undergraduate degree in a business-related field such as marketing, business administration.
-Salesforce certifications (i.e. Pardot Specialist certification)
-Experience creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
