A global manufacturing company based in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking a Digital Value Delivery Consultant to join their team for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity! The Digital Value Delivery Consultant supports the Digital Value Delivery Leader responsible for Integrated Operations (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) by coordinating the digital opportunities pipeline, supporting portfolio product management, and driving the Digital Value Delivery team's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking spend vs budget for all active projects
- Create defendable value estimations
- Proactively assist in continuous improvement strategies of key enabling processes
- Track key indicators of delivered value and communicate progress across multiple teams
- Drive engagements and proactively identify barriers
Influence critical decisions to ensure engagements meet business objectives
This role can sit fully remote for the first 6 months but will need to be local or must relocate to the greater Philadelphia area upon conversion (customer is in Wilmington, DE).
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing and implementing digital tools in these areas
- Strong communication skills and business acumen (ability to prioritize, recognize high-value opportunities, project planning and management)
- Experience working in an enterprise environment, preferably with global teams in various areas (R&D, manufacturing, sales & marketing, IT and procurement)
- Proven influencing skills - the ability to strategize and communicate advantages to digital solutions
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience with digital solutions and their practical application (Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Optimization Modeling, etc.)
