Insight Global is looking for an IT PM to sit fully remote in EST time zone to work for a large reinsurance company. This candidate will be joining the Global Life Office of the Customer team, the Senior IT PM will work with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to deliver the best-in-class solutions for the Life Health portfolio of projects. This candidate will be responsible for managing multiple work-streams, adhering to project governance, preparing status reports and communicating with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives, timelines and budgets. They will be working on a Product component in Life & Health that will help with underwriting assessments, claim assessments, etc. This product already exists but they are bringing more functionality to it (ex. Getting AI to scan documents) and are bringing it to more offices. They have a PM working on the AI piece, another PM working on data extraction and making it presentable and they need a strong PM for data processing. This PM will be working with the development teams and helping with coordination, they will also be working with the BAs and product owners and will be working closely with them. They will spend majority of their time making sure everything is meeting the timeline, everything is aligning with the work streams, checking with the BAs and Product Owners progress. The ideal candidate must have strong IT PM skills within data processing, experience in life & health insurance and have a background coordinating development teams.
-10+ years' experience as an IT PM working on data processing projects
-Recent experience working in Insurance/ reinsurance within Life and health
-BA/ Scrum Master Background (exp gathering requirements if needed and coordinating development teams)
-Azure DevOps OR Jira knowledge (how to use it to create reports, read backlog, etc)
-Bachelor's Degree
