One of our largest personal care clients is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team and split their time between sitting onsite in Stamford, CT and working remote. This person will be responsible for handling software and hardware tickets, along with some networking incidents as well. The IT Support Tech will need to resolve tickets in a Windows and IOS environment. They will be handling between 15-30 tickets per week to start, and will be handling issues such as password resets, application issues, VPN or authentication issues, imaging of machines, setting up new users, connectivity issues, etc. They will be working heavily with end users and their goal will be to provide a pleasant experience, as they resolve the technical issue. In this role, this person will act as the initial point of contact for all computer related concerns from employees and answer via phone, email and or help desk tickets. They will be working along side 3 other helpdesk technicians. This will sit 4 days on-site in Stamford and 1 day remote.
Experience supporting Ivanti Service Management ticketing system
A+ Certification
