Job Description

A Global Energy Commodities Merchant and Infrastructure Asset Investor client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team. They will be joining their tier 2 support team and will be in charge of completing troubleshooting tickets and new hire onboarding. CCI has 900 end users, 8-25 new hires a month. This person will be in charge of desktop build, phone, new hire apps, and customer service new hire calls. They will also handle the level 2 tickets. An example could be: I opened my computer and my monitors are not working. Biggest need here is to have someone that has excellent customer service experience and that is willing to proactively provide the highest quality of customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5+ years an IT support specialist

* Experience trouble shooting windows environment (MS team, Citrix, cisco)

* Experience with a ticketing system

* Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Background in trading company (Bloomberg or Reuters)

* Experience with SCCM and Intune

* Linux
