Job Description

This individual will play a critical role supporting field services projects from initiation through completion, partnering closely with Project Managers and field technicians to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will own the technician dispatch process, coordinate work orders, manage deliverables, vet field technicians, and maintain project schedules across a high volume of concurrent projects. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude within networking and infrastructure environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote setting. Candidates should be comfortable owning the field technician lifecycle from scheduling through project closeout while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout project execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous field service projects at various stages of completion
Vet, qualify, and conduct pre-call screenings with field technicians prior to project assignment
Dispatch field technicians and ensure proper scheduling based on project requirements and timelines
Create, post, and manage work orders through Field Nation and internal project management systems
Monitor technician check-ins/check-outs and provide real-time project updates to Project Managers
Collect project deliverables, documentation, and completion reports from field technicians
Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet client expectations
Close completed work orders, ensure technician payment processing, and maintain accurate project records

Required Skills & Experience

Experience coordinating field technicians, dispatch operations, or field service projects
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing high-volume workloads
experience utilizing Field Nation or a comparable field services management platform
Knowledge of networking infrastructure environments, cabling, rack-and-stack, and field deployment projects etc
Strong understanding of work order management, scheduling, technician engagement, and project completion processes
Experience operating in a remote environment while maintaining communication with Project Managers and stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Monday.com or Smartsheet
Experience with Autotask
Experience with Field Nation
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools
Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience can substitute
Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
