Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Contract Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP Concur across our Asia Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LATAM) regions. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration oversight, Oracle integration coordination, testing, change management, and deployment. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between regional business teams, Finance, IT, Procurement, SAP Concur implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
· Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Concur across multiple APAC and LATAM countries.
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
· Establish governance processes, project status reporting, and executive communication routines.
Business Process Design
· Partner with regional Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams to document current-state processes.
· Design and align future-state travel and expense processes, approval workflows, controls, and reporting requirements.
· Ensure process standardization where practical while addressing local regulatory and business requirements.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
· Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and SAP Concur implementation resources.
· Coordinate activities across regional teams, corporate functions, and third-party vendors.
· Escalate and resolve project issues that could impact delivery timelines or business readiness.
Systems Integration & Testing
· Coordinate integration activities between SAP Concur and Oracle financial systems.
· Partner with Finance and IT teams to define data requirements, interfaces, mappings, and validation criteria.
· Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and defect resolution.
Change Management & Training
· Develop and execute business readiness and change management plans.
· Coordinate communications, training materials, and end-user training sessions.
· Support adoption and transition activities during deployment and stabilization.
Risk & Compliance Management
· Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation plans.
· Ensure the solution supports internal controls, audit requirements, and regional compliance obligations.
· Monitor project budget and resource utilization.
Go-Live & Hypercare
· Coordinate go-live readiness assessments.
· Lead deployment activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
· Track adoption, issue resolution, and overall project success metrics.
Mon – Thurs: 1 pm – 6 pm and 8 pm-11 pm east coast hours
(minimum acceptable is 3 daily hours x 3 days/wk working APAC hours)
Pay rate $50-65/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior SAP Concur implementation experience.
• Accounting knowledge and understanding of the general ledger
• Demonstrated experience delivering ERP, financial systems, travel and expense, procurement, or workflow automation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Spanish language fluency
• Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
Success Measures
• Project delivered on agreed timeline and budget.
• Successful deployment of SAP Concur across APAC and LATAM.
• Completion of Oracle integration and data validation requirements.
• User adoption and training objectives achieved.
• Reduction in manual expense processing and improved internal controls.
