Job Description
As a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements that support Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives. You will facilitate requirements workshops, evaluate current-state processes, and translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping specifications. On a daily basis, you will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to define integration requirements, validate solution designs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You will also support SIT and UAT activities, manage defect triage and requirements traceability, and help drive release readiness efforts. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare payer operations, integrations, and data flows, along with the ability to bridge communication between business users and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
Experience supporting APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, and modern cloud-based solutions.
Strong experience with data mapping, data transformation rules, business rules, and end-to-end process design across source systems and Salesforce.
Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes, including claims, workflow, case management, or operational functions.
Experience facilitating requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, solution reviews, UAT, and solution validation activities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflow automation, and case management solutions.
Ability to create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and integration requirements.
Experience defining integration requirements between source systems, APIs, microservices, and Salesforce platforms.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, requirements traceability, and release readiness activities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Health Cloud, or related Salesforce certifications.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, workflow orchestration, inventory management, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Knowledge of healthcare payer operations and case management processes.
Strong process improvement and business analysis skills.
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementation or modernization programs.
