Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager who has experience running an on-site operation from the inside out. This person will be on the warehouse floor, working in a fast paced start-up environment. They will be required to coordinate with class schedulers to ensure the accurate and on-time delivery of supplies for after school classes in Fairfield county. This person will be responsible for managing the inventory, ordering new supplies, and ensuring that all materials are received by the customers. They will also need to manage the packing of materials to ensure each package has the correct supplies. This position offers remote opportunities / flexible hours in the summer months, as there will be less activity when school is not in session.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience working as a warehouse/inventory manager
Experience maintaining accurate, real-time inventory records using inventory management software
Experience building purchasing plans
Experience placing orders and tracking them through completion
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Comfortable with basic spreadsheets
Ability to lift up to 50lb

Experience working in a small business/start up environment
