Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in SQL Server, Salesforce, and Azure data technologies to support a large-scale Salesforce initiative within the banking industry. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to establish and mature a continuous delivery model while driving data integration efforts between SQL Server and Salesforce. The role will be responsible for developing SQL views, managing data movement and transformation processes, promoting code and configuration changes through various environments, supporting release planning and change management activities, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce data models, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure cloud services, and exposure to Microsoft Fabric. In addition, this person will provide technical leadership, coordinate daily team activities, help prioritize work efforts, and oversee an offshore development team to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong SQL Server development experience, including creating views, stored procedures, and data integrations.
-Hands-on Salesforce experience with a solid understanding of Salesforce data models and integration architectures.
-Experience integrating data between SQL Server and Salesforce using Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory (ADF).
-Proven experience supporting release management, change tickets, environment promotions, and CI/CD delivery processes.
-Technical leadership experience, including coordinating and mentoring offshore development teams.
-Banking or financial services industry experience with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
