Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Delivery Consultant in the Rocky Hill, CT area to oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of sustainable infrastructure, building systems, and installation projects throughout their full lifecycle. This individual will partner with sales teams during project pursuits to help define scope, assess project risks, and establish execution strategies that support successful delivery. They will provide oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
The Senior Project Delivery Consultant will serve as a senior client-facing leader, building relationships with customers, leading project reviews, and addressing escalations as they arise. This role is responsible for the financial performance of the project portfolio, including forecasting, billing, cash flow management, margin performance, and risk mitigation. Additionally, the consultant will support and mentor project managers and delivery teams while driving consistency and execution excellence across the region. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, balancing customer relationships, project delivery, and business objectives. Regional travel is required to support customers, project teams, subcontractors, and active project sites.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years leading large construction, infrastructure, energy, facilities, or building systems projects
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects or project portfolios
• Strong P&L ownership including forecasting, margins, cash flow, and risk management
• Experience leading project managers or delivery teams
• Executive-level customer-facing experience
• Ability to support projects from pursuit/preconstruction through final delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Project Executive, Program Director, or Director of Project Delivery experience
• Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) experience
• Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Ameresco background
• Sustainable infrastructure experience
• PMP
• PE License
• Experience managing $50M+ annual project portfolios
