Job Description
The HRIS Systems Analyst I is an entry-level professional with IT responsible for supporting the organization's. This role works closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to ensure employee data integrity, support system processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist with reporting and system enhancements.
This position is designed for recent college graduates or individuals beginning their professional career. Prior HRIS experience is not required.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes quickly.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Relevant coursework in information systems, business analysis, human resources, data analytics, project management, or related disciplines.
Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, data visualization tools, or business applications through academic projects, internships, or personal study.
Exposure to enterprise software such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools through coursework or projects is a plus.
