Job Description
Primary Objective: Optimize delivery across all product technology teams within the Transformation Delivery Train while driving alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement at scale.
The Release Train Scrum Master / Lead Agile Coach is responsible for optimizing delivery across the entire Transformation Delivery Train. This role provides leadership, coaching, and coordination across multiple product teams, ensuring effective execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational objectives. The individual will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) activities, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive agile maturity at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and events.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple product teams.
• Support portfolio planning and alignment of work across the transformation delivery ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on delivery performance and progress.
• Lead capacity forecasting and planning activities to optimize resource utilization.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, and organizational maturity.
• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks impacting program objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across the delivery train.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years overall technical scrum master and SAFe Agile experience and expertise.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Expertise in cross-team dependency management.
• Experience with portfolio planning and delivery governance.
• Ability to produce and communicate executive-level reporting.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniques.
• Proven Agile coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong risk identification and management skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Domain Knowledge
• SAFe Agile Release Train operations and related certifications.
• Financial management and budgeting concepts.
• Portfolio governance frameworks and practices.
• Large-scale Agile transformation initiatives and enterprise delivery environments.
** Experience in enterprise Healthcare and/or Insurance Claims industry, supporting large scale technology transformations and Agile management across multiple teams
