Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a System Engineer to support a large government contractor. This person will be a liaison between manufacturing, engineering and IT teams for a large system replacement projects, integrations and updates. In this role, this person will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements and will work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand current workflows to seamlessly integrate systems, along with partnering with Architecture for designs. They will be ensuring the new systems aligns with manufacturing operations. They will create process maps and workflows in Visio.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Engineer
Experience gathering requirements
Experience creating process maps and workflow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
Visio Experience
Understanding of architecture principles
