Overview:
Insight Global is seeking two experienced Lead Superintendents to support large-scale construction projects across Southern Connecticut. This is a high-impact role overseeing complex builds within healthcare, education, and commercial environments. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with a proven track record of managing large projects and driving jobsite success from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead all onsite construction activities and maintain daily jobsite presence
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to ensure project timelines are met
• Oversee project teams and ensure alignment with schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive execution
• Support projects across healthcare systems, universities, and institutional builds, including:
○ Yale New Haven Health & Bridgeport Hospital facilities
○ Yale University construction projects
○ Fairfield University
○ Stamford-area school builds

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
(warehouses, distribution centers, healthcare, schools, universities, etc.)
• Proven experience managing projects typically valued at $30M–$50M+
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to drive field execution
• Demonstrated career stability (minimal job-hopping; strong tenure preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (Plusses):
• Long-term tenure with a single organization showing growth through the ranks
• Experience working with or coming from top regional/national GC competitors, such as:
○ Turner Construction
○ Whiting-Turner
