Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Civil / Structural / Architectural (CSA) Engineer to support a leading organization in the power and construction space. This individual will play a critical role bridging engineering design and construction execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams and third-party engineering partners. This is primarily an office-based role with strong cross-functional coordination and project oversight responsibilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering and construction teams to ensure project alignment
• Coordinate and manage communication with the Engineer of Record (3rd party engineering firm)
• Support project execution by ensuring design intent is accurately translated into construction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain timelines, deliverables, and project goals
• Provide oversight and guidance throughout various stages of construction projects

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in construction, civil, or structural engineering environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong coordination and communication skills between engineering and construction teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience within the power or energy industry
• Hands-on field experience in construction environments
