Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master who can guide Agile teams, support ERP and DBA initiatives and leverage Jira, Confluence and Microsoft tools to drive delivery of run-and-maintain block changes. Within Jira and confluence, this person will manage boards, workflows and dashboards, along with maintaining documentation. This person will be facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives. They will mentor teams on Agile best practices and work with cross functional teams on risk and dependency management.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Hands on experience with ERP systems, DBA teams and enterprise scale projects
Strong experience scheduling and running Agile ceremonies
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with run and maintain operations and block changes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
Experience supporting mainframe development
Agile Certifications including CSM, PSM or SAFe
