Job Description

The Design Operations Manager supports the Product Experience (PX) organization by bringing structure to intake, prioritization, and execution across UX Design and Research teams. This role manages demand intake, aligns closely with Product and Sales stakeholders, and ensures work is clearly defined and ready to enter PX workflows. They oversee capacity, coordinate work across designers and researchers, track progress, and remove blockers to keep initiatives moving. The role also drives operational consistency through reporting, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of PX processes and tools. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $60-$68hr.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Program Management, or operational roles supporting UX, Product, or Research teams
· Hands‑on experience supporting UX Designers and/or User Researchers in a digital product or digital sales environment
· Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving requests
· Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
· Effective stakeholder communication and cross‑functional coordination experience
· Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance visibility into workstreams
· Responsible for maintaining workflows, dashboards, and tracking systems
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms
