Insight Global is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support and strengthen core HR operations within a fast-paced, multi-state, and project-driven organization. This role will play a critical part in aligning people, processes, and policies to support operational growth and workforce stability. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership in both union and non-union environments. This position requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, supporting end-to-end HR operations
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience supporting union environments and interpreting collective bargaining agreements
Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards
Proven experience maintaining and/or implementing HRIS and payroll systems
Hands-on experience with employee relations matters, including investigations, discipline, and terminations
Experience overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions (including reductions in force)
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Payroll and leadership to ensure accurate and timely processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, evolving environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent
Experience supporting benefits administration, open enrollment, and 401(k) plan coordination
Exposure to audits related to labor, benefits, union compliance, or unemployment claims
Experience supporting compensation, total rewards, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or other project-based environments
