Job Description
The preferred candidate will be capable of excelling as an individual contributor as well as in a team, with the desire to learn new skills and strong attention to detail. Experience in a hands-on laboratory o manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
• Sample mounting, polishing and prepare bond bar for tensile strength by using a lab equipment such as (Grinding, polishing, cutting tool, oven, etc.)
• Analysis mounting per the tech data / instruction, procedures
• POG/ PMR task for lab related
• Lab inventory count as needed
• Must follow the work instruction and procedures
• Be willing to work overtime both daily and weekends as required
• Must be able to train on job training for new higher or for the updated process
• Performs another lab related task assign by supervisor, must be able to work as a team
• Willing to learn and adapt to fast paced manufacturing environment
• Be willing to participate in continuous improvement activities, workshops and events as necessary
• Any other task that management may deem necessary to ensure productivity and takt adherence

Required Skills & Experience
-High School diploma of equivalent
- hands on lab exp or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
quality assurance experience in a Manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
• Experience in coatings industry. (Preferred)
• Thermal spray coatings experience. (Preferred)
Strong attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly and strive for continuous improvement Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently with limited direction
• Self-starter with willingness to support strategic priorities and take ownership of assigned projects/ initiatives
