Senior Data Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for an enterprise level client. This role is responsible for managing complex incentive and performance data to support sales channel decision‑making. Including developing standardized incentive models, advanced analytics, forecasts, and integrating data from multiple sources. This person will also deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that inform program effectiveness and the development of a new web‑based incentive portal. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile setting with shifting requirements is key. This is a 6 month contract to hire and pays $56-$62hr.

• 5+ years in data analysis and reporting
• Background in performance analytics, incentives modeling, or commission plan analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or Redshift SQL) for data analysis
• Conduct complex data analysis and develop models and metrics to support business decisions
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and transition existing Alteryx workflows
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
• Exposure to AI assisted modeling
