Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Agile Delivery PM for a top-tier reinsurance client. This person will operate in a highly impactful role that blends portfolio management, hands-on project delivery, and Agile training & development. They will run the PMO engine using Azure DevOps, manage complex project pipelines, prepare executive-level reporting, and work directly with stakeholders across the organization. They will also lead and participate in rolling out SDLC processes; collaborate on process definition and enablement from intake through project close.
In addition to project ownership, this individual will design and deliver Agile training programs, build curriculum, and serve as an internal change agent. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and capable of navigating both deep technical conversations and high-level executive discussions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and wants to contribute meaningfully from day one. This is a fully remote 6-month contract-to-hire with potential to convert early, pay rate of $60-70/hr and conversion salary of $165k with up to a 15% bonus.
Day-to-Day:
• Manage the PMO portfolio within Azure DevOps, ensuring visibility, risk tracking, RAG updates, and stakeholder comms
• Lead and participate in delivery meetings across multiple workstreams
• Serve as both portfolio owner and project owner, juggling operational PMO duties and assigned project work
• Build, deliver, and facilitate Agile training and curriculum; present to leadership
• Create dashboards and reporting through Power BI and Azure DevOps
• Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, blockers, and areas needing escalation, drive resolution independently
• Dive deep into SME material and advise stakeholders on next steps, project readiness, and execution plans
• Work alongside senior PMO leaders and contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Join quarterly onsite meetings as needed (travel covered)

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong PMO/Portfolio Management experience; able to manage and optimize a portfolio
• Ability to lead delivery operations, run the PMO machine, update RAG statuses, and prepare Power BI + ADO reporting
• Experience in training & development, building/teaching Agile curriculum, create training materials and deliver presentations
• Hands-on experience rolling out SDLC processes and participating in IT reporting/data warehouse projects
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps + Power BI (not an engineer, but must understand data/reporting)
• High-level SME mindset, able to jump into new workstreams quickly and take initiative without direction
• Experience balancing multiple priorities, meetings, and complex delivery environments, ability to thrive in a high-volume PMO
• Very sharp, proactive, assertive personality
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in the Reinsurance/Financial Services/Insurance space
• Experience working closely with C-suite executives
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMP certifications
