Job Description
Our large healthcare client in CT is preparing for the Epic go live of a newly acquired four location pediatric practice consisting of approximately 130 employees and 35 providers. This organization is mid sized compared to other Community Connect customers within the hospital network, which currently supports around 42 connected practices. We are seeking two experienced Epic Trainers to deliver end user training, support orientation activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the Epic foundation system. Trainers will work closely with the principal trainer and project leadership to execute a structured Tuesday–Saturday training schedule leading up to go live.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of Epic Cadence and Ambulatory workflows
• Experience training front desk, call center, clinical staff, and providers
• Ability to deliver structured curriculum and adapt to learner needs
• Comfortable facilitating hands on practice and guiding users through new workflows
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with CHEERS CRM functionality
• Prior experience supporting Community Connect implementations
• Background in pediatric or ambulatory care settings
