Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Maintenance Technicians who will support daily production by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on complex CNC equipment, including 5‑axis mills, mill‑turn machines, and lathes. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues related to PLCs, HMIs, servos, sensors, and machine tool components such as ballscrews, linear rails, and gearboxes. The technician will execute scheduled PMs, respond to equipment downtime, collaborate with production teams, operate material‑handling equipment as needed, and maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with aerospace environment.
- Experience working with Fanuc and Okuma controls for mills and lathes
- Experience supporting complex CNC assets such as:
• 5-axis milling, mill-turn applications, lathes
- 3+ years maintaining/repairing industrial machines/equipment in a manufacturing setting
Proven machine electrical repair skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
xperience with aerospace environment.
- CNC geometry adjustments / commissioning exposure:
• straightness, squareness, linear accuracy, servo tuning, TCP control
- Ability to read/interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics
- Comfortable writing detailed repair documentation (MS Office strong)
Forklift / scissor lift / boom lift experience
