Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a leading corporate client. This individual will serve as a key administrative partner to senior leadership, supporting a group of seven executives while also collaborating with the executive assistants of the CEO and CFO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information. This role involves heavy scheduling, meeting planning, travel coordination, data compilation, presentation creation, and ongoing collaboration across the executive team.
Day-to-Day:
- Act as a shared administrative resource for the Senior VP and six VPs.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain executive calendars; coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and submit executive expense reports.
- Support logistics for department meetings and provide on-site meeting coordination.
- Compile data and prepare reports, charts, graphs, and presentation materials.
- Create presentations, business communications, and various documentation for finance-related departments.
- Complete ad-hoc data pulls and compile information from multiple sources.
- Draft and respond to correspondence following established procedures.
- Assist with special projects such as offsite sessions, budget prep, conferences, and major company events.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous secretarial and administrative experience.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, oral, and written communication skills.
- High flexibility, initiative, good judgment, resourcefulness, and sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong time-management skills; self-starter able to work independently.
- High attention to detail; deadline-driven mindset.
- Ability to provide accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work occasional overtime on short notice.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
