Job Description

One of our large CPG clients is looking for an order management specialist who will be responsible for managing all incoming EDI and manual orders across North America, including reviewing, editing, and releasing orders upon confirmation from the sales team. This role coordinates closely with sales to align shipping cadence for product launches, ensuring on-time delivery and fill-rate targets are met. Serves as the primary point of contact for U.S. and Canadian 3PL customer service teams, proactively managing workload flow to ensure orders are processed efficiently and monthly open orders are completed within designated ship windows. Resolves blocked and incomplete orders related to IDOCs, pricing, and master data, and communicates directly with buyers to extend PO ship windows when necessary. Handles manual order entry via Excel and ad-hoc requests, supports order maintenance in SAP in collaboration with the Lux.com team, provides shipping details including routing and customs commercial invoices, and processes customer returns (CHC).

Required Skills & Experience

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
•Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in order management, supply chain operations within FMCG or similar industries
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP; strong MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with a collaborative mindset
