Job Description

Our Facilities team is seeking an experienced First Cook to prepare meals for breakfast and lunch, including a variety of entrees, side dishes, salads, soups, and desserts while maintaining safe food handling procedures.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Being able to prepare meals for breakfast and lunch, including a variety of entrees, side dishes, salads, soups, and desserts while maintaining safe food handling procedures.
• Baking is a plus.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment and cooking tools, reporting to management any safety hazards or damaged equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

-Must have at least five years of work experience in the food industry as a Cook.
-Candidates must have their up to date Sanitation certification.
-Corporate cafeteria, banquet , or hospitality experience.
-Management sanitation certification.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Assistant kitchen manager and sous chef positions are encouraged
