Job Description
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our client that is leading a Data Modernization Initiative to transform siloed, manual data processes into connected, resilient, and automated systems that strengthen public health responsiveness. This project focuses on replacing outdated .NET-based portals with modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline data collection, reduce compliance risks, and improve operational efficiency. We are seeking two experienced Power Pages/Power Platform Developers to design and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that integrate external-facing submission portals with internal workflows. The ideal candidates will leverage Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to build responsive interfaces, automate processes, and ensure governance, security, and sustainability—ultimately enabling this client to respond faster and more effectively to today’s and tomorrow’s health challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer focused on Power Pages
Proven hands-on experience developing Power Pages portals, including forms, security, and authentication.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integration with external APIs.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates for responsive, accessible web design.
Expertise in Dataverse data modeling, connectors, and performance optimization.
Understanding of authentication methods, role-based access, and portal security (Azure AD, B2C).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years in IT or 5+ years focused on Power Platform development.
