Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Marketing Project Manager. This role focuses on overseeing digital marketing and MarTech‑driven initiatives by coordinating across media vendors, internal marketing stakeholders, and BI/analytics teams. The individual will work closely with media partners running campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta, ensuring data is shared correctly with media agents and internal teams for tracking and reporting. While this role does not execute campaigns directly, it requires a strong understanding of how digital marketing campaigns work, how marketing technology and data flow between systems, and how to manage marketing projects end‑to‑end by aligning timelines, requirements, and stakeholders. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $65-$68hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Marketing PM/PMO experience
• Strong ability to build and oversee marketing transformation projects
• Digital marketing campaign understanding (Google/Meta ecosystem)
• Campaign structure basics (audiences/targeting, creative, placements, objectives)
• Strong understanding of: data models & entities, views, datasets, tables, and how data is structured and consumed
• Able to ask the right questions to clarify data needs
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Run meetings, manage dependencies, and support delivery through execution
