Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a remote solution architect to join a large healthcare client to support contact center initiatives. They partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Technical Leads to refine requirements and ensure solutions align with both business objectives and technical standards. The role requires collaboration with Solution Domain Lead Architects and Integration Architects to design, validate, and document solutions that may impact multiple systems or domains. The Solution Architect designs and evolves complex, distributed systems using established architectural and design patterns, creating new patterns when addressing novel use cases. They develop and maintain solution artifacts, such as architecture sketches, diagrams, and presentations, and present these to architecture teams, infrastructure subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and drive alignment. They facilitate architecture and design discussions with stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams to build consensus, continuously refine business and systems domain expertise, and provide ongoing architectural guidance to Agile delivery teams throughout design, development, and testing.
