Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for a Data Scientist for their Digital Engagement initiative. Candidates will play a critical role in advancing enterprise‑wide digital‑first strategies by improving member experience across digital channels. This role partners closely with business, Digital, Marketing, Product, and Customer Care stakeholders to analyze digital registration, engagement, and interaction data, identify friction points, and prioritize high‑impact opportunities. The position owns the full lifecycle of digital engagement initiatives—from opportunity identification through execution—including designing and deploying targeted campaigns, alerts, and personalized digital journeys. This work requires building and maintaining scalable analytical and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud‑based tools; applying experimentation and measurement to evaluate impact; and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver production‑ready, data‑driven solutions that increase digital adoption, reduce member friction, and produce measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, including at least 1+ year of hands‑on experience building and deploying end‑to‑end campaigns from analytics through deployment
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL and Python
• 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines in a cloud environment (GCP preferred)
• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production using MLOps workflows
• Experience with pipeline testing, automation, parameterization, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate analytical findings into business action
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and modern data engineering or workflow orchestration tools
