Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Organic Social Content Strategist to lead the development of creative, platform‑native content strategies across key social channels. This role will focus on building engaging, culturally relevant organic content that supports brand storytelling, audience growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in social platforms, understands how content performs organically, and can translate insights, trends, and brand goals into compelling social narratives. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $55-57hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing organic social content strategies across platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging channels
• Proven ability to lead creative‑forward organic social initiatives, from strategy and briefing through content production and publishing
• Strong understanding of platform‑native best practices, formats, trends, and user behavior
• Experience developing content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign‑level narratives for organic social
• Demonstrated experience partnering with creative agencies and internal creative teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into content optimization and iteration recommendations
Experience aligning organic social strategies with broader brand, marketing, and messaging goals
