Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Strategic Project Manager with a strong focus on customer impact, cross‑functional alignment, and long‑term outcomes. This role goes beyond execution, the Strategic PM will help shape how initiatives are planned, evaluated, and delivered by assessing downstream impacts to customers, operations, and the business. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking PM who can balance strategy, planning, and delivery, and who is comfortable asking, “If we do this, what happens next?”. This role is a 6-month ongoing contact and pays $50-$55hr.

Required Skills & Experience

⦁ Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager working on strategic initiatives
⦁ Strong ability to think end‑to‑end, from concept through customer impact and results
⦁ Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape plans, not just execute them
⦁ Ability to evaluate how initiatives will affect customer experience, messaging, timing, and delivery channels
⦁ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially when explaining impacts and tradeoffs
⦁ Identify dependencies across teams, platforms, and processes and recommend strategic sequencing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

⦁ Experience supporting Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), or Strategy teams
⦁ Background in customer‑facing industries (telecom, media, retail, or subscription services)
