Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Customer service representative to support a client in the golf industry.

Responsibilities include:
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and other avenues
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Deliver accurate and complete information to customers.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Software Teams to escalate technical issues.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and composure.
• Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic, startup environment.


Compensation:

$40,000to $43,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications and Professional Experience:
• Passionate golfer with a strong knowledge of the Golf.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
