Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Assurance Analyst to support one of our Manufacturing Clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure materials arrive on time, delays are resolved quickly, and production stays on track.

What You’ll Do
- Track supplier delivery schedules and update them in SAP
- Keep supplier records accurate and status file up to date
- Spot delays early and help create action plans to fix them
- Support production goals by improving on-time delivery
- Work with teams across operations, procurement, engineering, and quality to keep materials flowing

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience with SAP.
- Working with cross functional teams and communicate risk and delays with a variety of stakeholders.
- Background in supply chain, planning, or supplier support
- Experience running reports and cleaning data with EXCEL and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in supplier management, production planning, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with aerospace, automotive, defense, or other high-reliability industries
