Job Description

Highly skilled DataPower Administrator with 5+ years of technical experience in managing IBM DataPower appliances (IDG, IDG X2, IDG X3). Proven expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience with DataPower
Experience in IBM DataPower IDG, IDG X2, IDG X3
Perform upgrades and patch installations for IBM DataPower appliances.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
Implement SSL certificates and maintain secure communication channels.
Provide operational support, including escalation and triage.
Maintain security documentation and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technical solutions.
