Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for an AJO/CDP Engineer. Candidates will design, implement, and optimize the Real-Time CDP infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. They will develop robust ETL processes using Python to integrate healthcare customer data from various Adobe Experience Platforms, while creating and maintaining complex Airflow DAGs to orchestrate automated data pipelines. Collaboration will be key as they work closely with data scientists, marketing, and engineering teams to define data models and identity resolution strategies. Additionally, they will uphold strict data governance, privacy, and compliance standards across all data flows to maintain security and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Experience

•3-5 years of experience in Adobe AEP/RTCDP/AJO with expertise in building scalable data pipelines, managing enterprise data platforms, and journey orchestrations
•Strong expertise in data modeling (XDM), profile/identity resolution
•Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Kafka/EventHub, data warehousing, Big Data technologies, and Customer Data Platform
•Proficiency in building APIs and connectors for real-time data ingestion, activation, and streaming architecture
•Experience optimizing performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of the CDP infrastructure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Adobe Certified Expert – AEP and AJO
•Comfortable using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis, validation, and visualization
