Job Description
A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a React Developer to join their team remotely. Preference will be given to candidates local to Dallas, TX. This React Developer will be supporting a self-service application that allows users to access the company enterprise data platform. This project is focused on improving the front-end user experience of this application and will require the expertise with hands on React development as well as a strong understanding of UI design principles. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative design and technical implementation, turning wireframes and prototypes into polished, responsive, and intuitive web applications. This person will be a key player in shaping the visual and interactive experience for all users of this application. This person will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of user interface components using React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. They will need to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues quickly to maintain a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a React Developer
Experience with Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Background with UI design, previously enhanced applications to improve user experience
Background in UI/UX design patterns
Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate wireframes and business requirements into a functional application
Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in GCP Cloud
