Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Business Analyst to join the Cloud Center of Excellence team for a large healthcare client and support a Cloud Migration Program to AWS. This is a contract-to-hire position, fully remote within the U.S., working EST hours. The ideal candidate will act as a System Analyst, not a developer, but someone who can drive and lead coordination, work closely with engineers, developers, Scrum teams, and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• Drive and lead coordination of migration tasks across teams.
• Meet regularly with engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Gather and organize playbook materials for migration processes.
• Build and maintain a SharePoint presence for documentation and collaboration.
• Assist with presentations for leadership and project updates.
• Collaborate with developers and Scrum teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide timely updates and escalate issues when necessary.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Core Skills:
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ambiguity.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of cloud migration processes (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.
• Familiarity with development scanning tools, application monitoring, and security scanning tools.
• Infrastructure awareness: firewalls, network connections, IP configurations, Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Expertise in cloud and container technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, AKS, GKE).
