Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a CNC Programmer. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled CNC programmer to support machine operations with an emphasis on programming and proving out prototype parts as well as production components.

Required Skills & Experience

The roles requires expertise in Esprit (CAM) to generate and optimize programs for OSP and Siemens controls. Candidate will program for Okuma horizontal long- bed lathes with live tooling, Okuma vertical ram- style lathe with milling capability, and DMG 5-axis mill turn centers.
Proven CNC programming experience in a production/job-shop environment.
Proficiency with Esprit CAM and SolidWorks CAD
Strong knowledge of OSP and Siemens CNC controls preferred.
Experience with multi-axis turning and 5-axis mill-turn programming.
Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, and process optimization
