Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support the production of creative assets across TV, digital, and audio platform. In this role you will manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners, oversee creative execution, and handle operational tasks including resourcing, invoicing, and purchase orders. As well as provide strategic input on messaging and creative direction while tracking industry trends to inform future campaigns. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $50-52hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management
○ Experience with Monday.com
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to support creative delivery of video, audio, digital, and other assets
- Experience working with an advertising agency
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop effective marketing plans and tactical approaches for marketing and sales initiatives that are in alignment with the overall brand.
