Job Description

This Product Manager role is a hybrid of a business analyst and project manager, requiring both strategic thinking and execution skills. The Team is responsible for growth and generating revenue for the entire customer base. There are two groups within this team: 1. Renewal (customers that are coming to an end on their contracts and need to renew them) and 2. Retention (how do they minimize customers leaving? This individual will review reports and monitor on a week-to-week basis which clients are leaving and why).

Required Skills & Experience

- Analyze trends and historical data to diagnose issues or uncover insights
- Monitor weekly reports to understand why customers are leaving (churn analysis)
- Lead meetings, define next steps, assign tasks, and follow through to close out action items
- Coordinate efforts across teams to support retention and renewal goals
- Work on strategies to retain customers and encourage contract renewals
- Contribute to growing value from Charter’s existing customer base
- Renewal – Keeping customers at end of contract
- Retention – Preventing customer churn
- 5 – 7+ years in a similar role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Telecom experience preferred
