Job Description
An employer is looking for an AML Compliance Lead to join their team in remotely. This person will join the newly created "brainchild" of two well established private equity firms--this new company will be focused on the annuities space of life insurance and is an AI Technology driven company. He/she will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and will play a critical role in advancing and protecting the compliance infrastructure related to AML, sanctions, fraud risk, and sales practices oversight. He/she will design and implement foundational programs and evolve them to address current regulatory requirements and future risk areas, particularly related to annuity products (multi-year guaranteed annuities and fixed indexed annuities).
Compensation for this role is 145-165k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include generous paid time off, medical and dental insurance offerings, and 401k.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of experience in Compliance with strong foundation in AML and fraud prevention
-5+ years within life insurance and annuities
-Experience developing and maintaining AML and fraud detection practices
-Comfortability in fast paced environment
-Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience working at annuity-focused carriers with multi-year guaranteed and fixed indexed annuities
