Job Description
A banking employer is seeking a strategic and highly organized individual to serve in a Project Manager/Product Manager capacity responsible for driving operational clarity and product-minded thinking across the portfolio under the Chief Information Officer. This role will lead the organization and analysis of projects, delivery timelines, and milestones, while also helping the organization adopt a product management mindset through tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with their PPM system (OnePlan), ensuring accurate setup and resource capacity tracking. They will do a deep dive analysis to the current data within OnePlan to understand what projects the organization is driving at, who owns which projects, and what the prioritization levels are across the portfolio to help bring visibility to this. They will also contribute to process improvements, cadence planning, and executive-level reporting through dashboards and metrics. If possible, this resource may be tasked with building out an executive dashboard to sho2wcase the projects within the portfolio and provide visibility to project owners and project status. This role is critical in supporting strategic planning, financial tracking, and roadmap development.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in project and product management, with strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Expertise in PPM tools (preferably OnePlan) and resource capacity management
• Ability to build executive dashboards and deliver clear reporting on top projects, owners, and milestones
• Strong analytical skills to provide metrics, financial insights, and support strategic roadmaps
• Experience driving process improvements and making recommendations for best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

Previous experience in the banding industry
