Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a non-technical Program Manager for a Fortune 500 company located in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on working with billing systems and executing service offerings and promotions for external customers. Candidates must have a background in telecom. The position involves collaborating with external partners. Additionally, the role involves creating a high-level slide deck for executive reviews and partner presentations, translating complex service and pricing changes into clear, digestible formats. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week onsite in Stamford, CT, with a pay range of $55–$60 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in non-technical programming
• Must have experience working at a telecom company
• Experience with billing systems for enhancements
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—especially in building executive-level slide decks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree is required
