Insight Global is hiring for a 6 month contract, possible extensions REMOTE Sr Salesforce BA for a client in New Haven for $30-$35 an hour. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in customer service and client engagement to lead CRM transformation initiatives. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption and long-term value. You will lead the design and delivery of tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep CRM expertise and strong customer service background to understand business needs, solve complex challenges, and ensure high user adoption. You’ll manage end-to-end implementations, provide hands-on configuration and customization, and guide clients through training and support to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
· 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce or other cloud implementation.
· Minimum of 3 years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
· Minimum 3 years experience with the Salesforce platform and/or custom Salesforce apps.
· Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
· Salesforce System Administrator Certification (Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification)
· Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
· Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
· Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
· Experience working in a university setting and/or experience with technology commercialization and intellectual property management.
· Experience handling a tech transfer process
