Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Lead to join an Aerospace company located in Hartford, CT. This role will play a crucial job in supporting the operations and logistics around the allocation of parts and materials. The ideal candidates will develop part and material profiles ensuring timely delivery to required locations. They will be confident with reading and manipulating data sets to understand the larger picture and align efficiencies for maximum productivity. This individual will have a strong perspective of the flow of material and how it impacts and is impacted by different parts of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of manufacturing, industrial engineering or supply chain management experience
- Experience managing and onboarding new suppliers from start to finish
- Ability to manage Contracts, backgrounds, and quality needs for new vendors
-Strong project management background managing multiple priorities and vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Maintenance, Modification, Repair and/or Overhaul experience
- Avionics, Aerospace Aircraft industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and SAP
